Accredited vs OFQUAL
Which Course Is For Me?:
The Wellness Academy was created with you at the forefront of every decision, which is why we offer both Accredited and OFQUAL courses to suit your needs.
Accredited Courses:
The Academy uses ABT as its accrediting body, meaning that our Accredited Courses are nationally recognised and accepted by major insurance companies. Our Accredited Courses:
- Are mostly one day, allowing a quicker, cheaper route
- Typically have NO assignments and NO exams
- May enable you to claim for RPL for OFQUAL qualifications
- Are excellent for demonstrating continued learning
- Are ideal for upskilling
OFQUAL Courses:
The Academy uses VTCT as its regulatory body, meaning that our OFQUAL courses are internationally recognised and accepted by all insurance companies. Our OFQUAL Courses:
- Are recognised as the highest calibre of training available within the industry
- Are mostly one day, though this day can be more fast-paced and intensive
- Have assignment and examination requirements
- Are ideal for learning new treatments
- Are exempt from legislator changes
Both of the above qualifications have their place within the industry, and there are pros and cons to each. If you are unsure which type of course is most suitable for you, please contact us so that we can advise.
