Reflexology:

The aims of this Reflexology course are to teach students the movements and techniques required to safely and competently perform a professional Reflexology treatment. No prior knowledge is assumed, and the background of Reflexology, the myriad benefits of Reflexology, foot mapping, relevant contra-indications and contra-actions, hygiene, health and safety, room preparation, consultation, and aftercare will be covered.
Reflexology is a hugely versatile treatment, and the length of treatment time can be adapted to suit your workplace and clients’ needs. Generally, Reflexology treatments last 30-45 minutes, and can be offered as a standalone treatment or in addition to massage treatments and/or pedicures. This course equips students with a Reflexology routine. Should you wish to offer extended treatments, certain movements can be repeated, and/or extra time can be spent on a client’s areas of concerns—something which will be discerned during the pre-treatment consultation.
